I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Maldonado and the whole team at Monterey Animal Clinic. This was hands down the best veterinary experience I’ve ever had. My dog Tzar got critically ill out of nowhere and from the second we walked in, everyone treated him like he was their own. The entire staff was incredibly compassionate, attentive, and thorough the whole time. What stood out most was how well they kept me informed every step of the way. They explained everything clearly as it happened, which meant everything during one of the scariest moments with my dog. I never felt in the dark. Not only did they save Tzar’s life, but they also kept him feeling safe and comfortable while he was there. Even while he was so sick, you could tell he trusted them and that meant the world to me.
I’ll never forget the care, urgency, and kindness Dr. Maldonado and her team showed both Tzar and me. I’m so grateful for everything they did. Thank you for saving my best friend.
